HR Manager

Responsibilities of the Human Resource Manager includes but not limited to:Create, maintain, and archive compliant local employment contracts and employment documentationProvide support to senior management with HR and employment policiesRecruitment function including interviewing, selecting and on-boarding for employeesDeveloping and standardise HR policies and proceduresDriving a positive operational culture and engaged workforceLead and manage the Human Resources, Payroll and Administration functionsPlanning and implementing all company HR programsDevelopment of HR Framework & StrategySupporting implementation and improvement of a performance appraisal process Requirements:Must be an Australian Citizen or PRWork location is at BrisbaneAble to start work immediatelyDegree in Business or HR ManagementPayroll processing experience is requiredStrong knowledge of HR practices and local labour regulationsSelf-motivated, results oriented, well organized and able to in a fast paced environmentExcellent English communication and presentation skillsAbility to work with all levels of employees as well as to operate efficiently on project managementStrong problem solving and creative skills with the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysisHigh level of integrity, compliance and professionalismResearch-oriented, exceptional organizational skills and attention to details
